If the courier returns your order to us before delivery is completed, your order will automatically be canceled and a full refund will be issued. You are welcome to place a new order for the item if it is still available on our website or mobile application.

Our standard delivery time is typically 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

Crossborder shipments are delivered within 8–14 days depending on customs and transportation processes.

» How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping fee is 3.95 EUR.

» Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to most regions within Montenegro. However, please note that some remote or restricted areas may be excluded from our delivery service. You can easily confirm delivery availability for your specific address during the checkout process.

We partner with M-ONE to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

» Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. We kindly ask you to carefully check your delivery details before finalizing your purchase.

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable, it will be returned to us. Please note that such orders cannot be re-sent. In this situation, you will need to place a new order.

We're sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged or faulty. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, providing a clear photo of both the damaged product and its original packaging. Our team will review your case and guide you through the return or refund process.

» How can I create a new account?

Click “Register” at the top-right of the screen, enter your email and password, and verify your mobile phone number.

» How can I register as a guest?

You can easily shop as a guest without creating a full account. After adding your desired items to the cart, simply proceed to checkout. Please note that guest checkout currently only supports payment by card. Cash on delivery is not available for orders placed as a guest.

» What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten your password, simply click on "Sign In" and then select "Forgot My Password." You will then have two options to reset your password: via Email or via Phone Number (OTP).

» How can I delete my LC Waikiki account?

To delete your LC Waikiki account, please log in and navigate to the "My Account" section. From there, go to "Personal Information" and select the "Delete My Account" option.

Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. Any unused coupons or benefits cannot be transferred.

We offer two convenient payment methods for your orders:

How to Initiate a Return:
Log into your LC Waikiki account and submit a return request for the item you wish to return under the "My Orders" section.

Return Process:
After you submit your online return request, an M-ONE Courier will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient pickup from your specified address.

» How long is the Return & Refund period?

You can easily return your items. Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated. Although the exact timing may vary from bank to bank, the average refund period is approximately 14 days.

» How can I exchange a product?

At LC Waikiki, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our standard return process for the original product to receive a refund. Once the return is complete, you can then place a new order for the desired item.

» What is the refund process?

Approved returns are refunded according to the original payment method.

For Card Payments: refunds are processed back to the same card used for the purchase.
For COD Payments: refunds are issued via bank transfer.

» How can I request an invoice for my order?

» Can bras be machine washed?

Hand washing is the most appropriate method.
If machine washing, use a laundry bag and select a delicate cycle.
Tumble drying should not be used as it can damage the underwires.

» How to clean coats, jackets, and trench coats?

Always check the product's care label; dry cleaning is recommended for many models.
If machine washable, turn the garment inside out, use cold water and a delicate/wool program.
For down-filled coats, choose appropriate detergent; tumble dry on low heat with tennis balls.
